All of our products are individually handcrafted and made-to-order.

• We make every effort to expedite your order.
• Our typical lead time may range from 21 to 28 days; however, due to the custom nature of our products, fluctuations in order volume, and seasonal demand, actual processing times may vary.
• During the holiday season (November 1st - December 31st), lead times may range from 3-5 weeks on certain products.

Shipping Details.

• We ship via UPS Ground (5-7 business days) for all orders.
• Expedited or overnight shipping is not available.
• During the holiday season we may experience higher than normal shipping volume
• Once your order is complete we will promptly send you a shipping confirmation as well as UPS tracking info.

Damages / Shipping Issues.

• Please promptly inspect your order upon receiving.
• Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item.
• If your item was damaged in transit, please include images of the damaged item as well as photos of the packaging and shipping label.
• The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can make it right.
